From Anxi in central Fujian Province, China, we get this delightful tea. Ti Quan Yin is one of the best Chinese oolongs. We are fortunate to offer a few different Ti Quan Yins. Qing is lighter, with bright lemon flavors. Nong is a darker version with caramelized lemon flavors. Spring Floral is delicious and a great value. All of them are wonderful. Please rinse the leaves quickly before steeping.
