Description
This is a new tea for us. It comes from the hills of northwestern Hunan, China. The hills there are very impressive. Elvira and Mike were in that area in late April 2024. This particular tea plant makes for a unique green tea with lots of mouth-filling amino acids. Those amino acids (which the plant uses to make various proteins) also add a nice sweetness. It is reminiscent of sweet corn. Please enjoy this rare green tea!
